Villa Stefania is an elegant seaside home in Costa Rei, set in one of the most stunning landscapes of southeast Sardinia. Located directly opposite the eight-kilometer Piscina Rei beach, the villa is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 127 m² property features a separate living room with a sofa bed for one, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms with showers, accommodating up to seven guests. Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning in all rooms (available for an extra fee), dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and hairdryer. All rooms have mosquito screens. Outside, enjoy a private garden, both open and covered furnished terraces, barbecue, and two outdoor showers. The villa is just minutes from key amenities such as a supermarket, newsstand, bar/tobacco shop, restaurants/pizzerias, and ATM. Villa Stefania is only 200 meters from Piscina Rei beach. Families with children are welcome. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or parties are prohibited. Guests are asked to respect afternoon and nighttime quiet hours during their stay. Three bicycles are provided free of charge. Towels are available for an extra fee. Waste sorting guidelines are provided, with more information on site. Water and electricity-saving devices are installed, and sustainable materials have been used for insulation.
